M&D Residential Group is looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. Location:

Rockwall, Texas

Inside Sales Agent Responsibilities:

• Manage, qualify and convert inbound sales inquiries/calls and digital marketing leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently
• Consistent follow up with prospects
• Manage the database of prospective clients to ensure information on all leads is organized and current
• Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met

Inside Sales Agent Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Required
• 2+ years of Inside or Outside Sales Experience
• Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Experience in Real Estate Industry Preferred, But Not Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
