- Seeking high-energy, coachable candidates for a fast-paced commission environment
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Self generated sales thru social media marketing
- Self Motivated
- Eager to make as much money possible (NO COMMISSION CAP)
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Cross sell products; meet and exceed minimum standards in all categories.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Attend all training classes to remain knowledgeable on products

Pay: $43,336.61 - $102,320.42 per year
