Georgia-Pacific is seeking qualified professionals to consider for a Safety Coordinator position to support the plywood mill in Madison, GA. The Site Safety Coordinator, which reports to the site Safety Manager, has responsibility for assisting in development, implementation, and maintenance of the Company’s Health and Safety programs for GP employees as well as contractors onsite. Promote a safety culture with all team members to help the Madison facility embrace and achieve our Path to Zero Safety Strategy
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Must have one of the following:
Safety experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelor’s Degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering
