One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Multimedia Specialist to join their growing team.

On-call off hours support required. (i.e. specifically for setting up events) -- more occasional. This is compensated by hour flexibility.

Desired Qualifications:

• 2+ years' as an AV Technician/ Engineer and understanding of video infrastructure
• General knowledge of video streaming (multiple platforms, edit video, mix audio, - stream to Facebook, YouTube channel)
• Comfortable presenting and speaking to executives at project meetings

Day to Day: will be delivering an exceptional video conference and technology-based meeting experience to all associates. This entails Microsoft Teams, Poly, and Cisco video infrastructure design, maintenance, and support, conference room equipment maintenance and support, video conference scheduling, creating & managing user accounts, providing technical support, processing Help Desk tickets, and escalating to appropriate teams when necessary. The Multimedia Specialist will manage and maintain equipment and projects related to surgical operating rooms, informational displays, digital signage, patient room and waiting area televisions, video recording and other various related technologies. In addition, the Multimedia Specialist will also support and maintain web/audio collaboration solution applications, and other related applications.

Additional day to day responsibilities

• support and maintain web/audio collaboration solution application(s) and other related user applications
• Maintain equipment and projects related to surgical operating rooms, informational displays, digital signage, patient room and waiting area televisions, video recording and other various related technologies
• Manage integration partners during new installation and upgrade projects
• Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, upgrade and removal
• Provide assistance and coordination of all video conferencing call
• Configure and optimize video conference infrastructure to handle internal and external conference
• Optimize video conference equipment to make efficient use of resource

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wilmington, DE: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Integration with Cisco: 3 years (Preferred)
• Video conference support: 3 years (Preferred)
• Crestron programming: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft teams: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Technology Specialist (Preferred)
