CHRISTUS St. Elizabeth Hospital's Residency Program is the second in Texas to be accredited through the American Nurses Credentialing Center, who cited the program's strength as clinical staff integration. Today, we are one of the largest, most advanced facilities in the CHRISTUS Health System and the only Magnet Hospital between Houston and Baton Rouge. Each new graduate who joins the St. Elizabeth team will be enrolled in a comprehensive orientation and assigned to a preceptor. Your personal preceptor will be in your home unit and will support you through the program, show you the ropes and guide you through a structured curriculum of progressive skill development and patient care assignments.
