As an HR Risk Management Specialist, you will work in an administrative setting based out of Mt. Holly, Burlington County NJ.

Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with one-hour unpaid lunch; Flexible hybrid schedule

Responsibilities:

• Manage safety protocols throughout the agency.
• Track safety data and support related database systems;
• Interface with management staff of all levels;
• Generating routine correspondence, maintaining logs, tracking documentation and processes;
• Managing HR projects as assigned;

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required, Bachelor s degree in HR preferred;
• Experience with safety protocols a plus;
• Valid Driver's License.
