Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our brand across the country. The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely personable and proficient on phone, is a solid collaborator that enjoys building relationships internally and externally, who takes initiative and is excited about growing with a rapidly expanding company. Candidate will work very closely with our Head of Sales and COO.

Position Overview
This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining brand partners across the US and Canada. Tasks will include calling and maintaining current retail partners, opening new accounts, scheduleing budtender education events, trainings and pop-ups, generally checking in on retailers, building new relationships, marketing and helping promote our message regionally. You will be working remotely in close collaboration with our team.

Qualifications

  • Maintain and help establish retail relationships
  • Collect data and insight from phone calls, log data and feed to our sales team
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets with data collected
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, especially on the phone
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure/to tight deadlines, managing concurrent projects
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a keen desire to grow alongside the company
  • Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels within the organization.
  • Not Mandatory but preferred: Knowledge of cannabis, cannabis products, brands, etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
