Loparex LLC is the leading manufacturer of extrusion base and silicone-coated release liners for the converting industry globally. These products may include paper backings for items such as bandages, stickers, construction industry papers/films, and feminine hygiene product packaging, among others. Our Hammond, WI facility is the largest manufacturing site in the US, and we are seeking to hire a Warehouse Associate with a Class A CDL to join our team!

A starting salary of $22.25/hour

Working hours:
We are actively recruiting for the night shift!
Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
What will your role involve?
Transportation of materials between our two buildings
Loading and unloading delivery trucks
Providing materials to our machines to manufacture high-quality products for our customers
Operating warehouse equipment
You may be required to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion, but more commonly, you will need to lift or carry materials weighing between 20-30 pounds
We teach and expect everyone to maintain a correct ergonomic posture while working to prevent injury
What should you bring to the table?
A positive attitude, a focus on safety, and a willingness to work collaboratively with others
Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous, but not necessary. Our dedicated trainer will teach you everything you need to know
Basic computer skills, the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and basic math skills
The ability to lift up to 50 pounds
The ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for up to 12 hours
The ability to wear all necessary personal protective equipment (safety glasses, safety shoes, cut-resistant gloves, and hearing protection)
A current and valid Class A CDL license
Strong problem-solving skills
A high school diploma or GED is not required
All candidates must successfully pass pre-employment DOT drug tests, medical evaluations, and background checks.
