SLG Warehouse Loader / Picking / Receiver

Key Accountabilities:

• Lay out and cut complex subassemblies or final product.
• Fit and complete final welds and/or multi-pass welds.
• Layout and mark weld points on parts or subassemblies.
• Position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications.
• Follow all safety rules and practices.
• Maintain and complete all required records.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Other job duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• 
  Strongly preferred: 5+ years in shipping/logistics/supply chain management industry.
• Warehouse/fulfillment center experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Physical ability to: communicate clearly and accurately; frequently move items weighing up to 75 pounds; operate a computer and other office equipment.
