We are seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. They need a strong Senior Business Systems Analyst with experience working in an agile environment, whose focus will be to deliver the right solution to customers with the highest quality and shortest lead time. In partnership with Architects, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Product Owners you will implement the Product/solution vision and be responsible for the configuration of SAP instance with a focus on Planning. This role is 100% remote and candidates must be located in the Pacific or Central Standard Time Zone .
What You’ll Do:
Works with remote groups such as Technology, other product teams, and or departments to gather and document testing requirements from the business
Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery
Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products in collaboration with the product team
Coordinates product testing processes and participates in product testing
Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems; facilitates solutions to these issues
Reviews client, customer, and user feedback
Coordinates and communicates functional requirements of business units and technical solutions with IT capability resources by designing and documenting test plans
Conforms to standards, processes, and policies
Applies global process standards to regional technology solutions
Participates in the development of project testing plan/timeline
Provides input into project management
Communicates testing status to management
Participates in change management at the department and end-user level
Develops, modifies, applies, and maintains standards for software quality operating methods, processes, systems, and procedures
Conducts software inspection, testing, verification, and validation
Implements software development and maintenance processes and methods
Ensures measures meet acceptable reliability standards
Develops overall operating criteria to ensure implementation of the software quality program according to project, process, and contract requirements and objectives
Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives, and/or contracts
Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements
Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies
Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability
Must Haves:
Minimum 6 years of technical experience
4 years in software quality assurance
Direct experience in a multi-site Manufacturing Environment
Strong understanding of the best-at-SAP business process for production planning, demand/capacity planning and advanced planning solutions
Proven experience with SAP ECC PP module and master data required
Experience in SAP IBP preferred
Strong understanding of business and operational processes related to Apparel/Footwear end-2-end product value chain and development processes, Innovation through Direct Manufacturing
Advanced understanding of the Agile and Product principles and methodologies and how they’re applied in workplace culture
Effective collaboration and relationship management
Excellent oral, written and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
Experience resolving issues with higher levels of management
Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively coupled with the ability to anticipate customer needs
Proven track record of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals despite ambiguity and multiple priorities

Bachelor's degree

M-F, 40 hours/week . This role is 100% remote and candidates must be located in the Pacific or Central Standard Time Zone .

The salary range for this position is: $46.13 - $61.13 per hour
