JOB SUMMARY

Open, sort and scan incoming mail. Match AP checks to tax bills and mail to tax jurisdictions. Print and mail annual property tax renditions

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Open, sort and scan incoming mail. Directing mail to appropriate associate/department.
• Match AP checks to tax bills on a weekly basis and mail to the tax jurisdictions via overnight or regular mail with tracking.
• Print and mail annual property tax renditions to the tax jurisdictions via overnight or regular mail with tracking.
• Maintain Network organization of tax bills, notices of value and all other mail and notify team members of recently received mail.

QUALIFICATIONS

• One year of general office experience. Experience paying real and personal property tax returns a plus.
• Must be highly organized with strong follow-through and follow-up skills.
• Must have strong communication skills with external customers and internal management and team.
• Must be computer literate in Network saving and Word.
• Experience with PDI, ONESOURCE and Access a plus
