Scull Properties is looking to hire a Property Manager to oversee three residential properties and a small horse farm. One residential property and the horse farm are in Lancaster County, PA. The other residential properties are located in Pittsburgh, PA and the Ocean City, MD area.
Ideal candidate will live in the Lancaster, PA area and come from a construction and maintenance background. A strong working knowledge of carpentry, electrical and plumbing is a necessity. Must be willing to perform general property maintenance work including painting, mowing, landscaping, and help as needed with hay deliveries. General farm handyman duties are required to include fixing stalls and fences. Must be willing to work outdoors in the heat of the summer and cold of the winter. Monthly overnight travel is required as you will be expected to visit each property on a rotating basis to do a check on the house/property and to perform general maintenance items. Some larger remodeling and building projects available for the right skill set. Must be a self starter, be able to work independently, be unencumbered to travel as needed, and have pride in your work with a great attention to detail.
