Job Summary:
The Project Manager, AccuStore is responsible for managing on-site data capture in a wide variety of multi-site retail environments and maintaining the integrity of the data captured using established processes and procedures. The incumbent will support & plan for all survey offerings, including on site and 360 virtual scans. The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent surveys and travel as needed to ensure survey teams are achieving contract requirements. The role is responsible for oversight of contract survey teams that are professional, efficient, and effectively capture store data for customers following specific survey guidelines. This position has budget planning and management responsibilities, in addition to onboarding clients to the AccuStore system.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with account teams and IT to create and oversee on site & 360 Virtual Scan survey planning and execution.
- Identifies contract survey companies for designated survey areas.
- Projects costs, develops proposals, and writes Scopes of Work.
- Supports the sales process by negotiating and setting pricing for surveys.
- Plans budgets, manages invoicing and expenses.
- Works closely with AccuStore Software Project Manager to import survey data into AccuStore.
- Travels as needed to sites, ensuring survey workers are completing work per the contract.
- Performs analysis of survey data and prepares reports for clients.
- Resolves problems and concerns regarding data collection or other project related concerns.
- Oversee the work of contract staff who are engaged in retail store survey activity that includes:
- Efficient travel and route planning for surveys
- Manage data collection required of surveyors to use basic measurement tools, pre-prepared survey documentation, and digital cameras/mobile phones.
- Complete daily progress reports detailing variances to the predetermined trip schedule.
- Manages data entry of the survey data into the store database template.
- Ability to provide training and explicit instructions for the completion of the surveys by contractors.
- Ensures that company policies regarding contracts and surveys are compliant.
- Coordinates with other AccuStore team members to support the sales process.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, preferably software related.
- Technical background, with experience in data collection, analysis, and management.
- Experience supporting the sales process, including proposals and pricing.
- Experience locating and negotiating contracts for surveys and surveyors.

- Advanced Project Management skills with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong experience in store surveys the in the retail space.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Strong data analysis and information management skills
- Ability to manage large workload, while producing quality work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions and deadlines
- Advanced ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Strong priority and time management skills.
- Analytical & organization skills for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficiency with PC's to include knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), maintaining data bases, generating information and tracking status using proprietary software
