The Opportunity:

2-4 month work term: starting May/June - August


How You Will Contribute:

  • Candidate will work cross-functionally with Project Management & Customer Success to ensure maximum success
  • Be a key driver & part owner in the Customer Success Events initiative
  • Work closely with the PMO on special projects to enhance the practice

The Must Haves:

  • Pursuing a degree in a discipline such as Business, Communications, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
  • Excellent technical skills demonstrating the ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently
  • Proficiency with written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to write with professionalism, clarity, and accuracy
  • Organized with the ability to own and drive tasks to completion in a timely manner while recognizing when seek advice or escalation
  • Excellent skills in critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making that balance analysis with responsiveness for independent, solution-focused action
  • Self-directed work habits, exhibiting initiative, creativity, maturity and professionalism

  • Responsible for successfully completing tasks assigned. Assists in implementing and applying concepts in specialized and functional areas

  • Applies professional knowledge, skills, and training in achieving team objectives

  • Demonstrates understanding of fundamental tools and concepts of a professional discipline

  • Works independently and seeks support from manager or more senior team members when needed

  • Continuously demonstrates increasing independence and decreasing need for work direction to succeed in an ever-widening range of assignments

  • Proactively works across the team to assist other teammates and learn new areas for support
