Job Description

Project Associate with 1-2+ years of relevant experience needed for a full-time, hybrid role with our client in Boston. The role will start off five days a week onsite for the first three months for training and onboarding then will go to three days a week onsite (non-negotiable). Salary is 50-65K depending on experience and qualifications.

Looking for someone with project management/project coordination skills who is looking to eventually be a project manager. Must be assertive, able to work independently, and have outstanding attention to detail. Any prior experience with Microsoft Project is helpful. Responsibilities and tasks include providing proactive follow-up and support regarding client projects, communication, taking notes, filing, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Completing tasks assigned by project management in an efficient, timely manner, as well as taking the lead when an opportunity presents itself
Proactively contribute to the planning and development of projects
Take the initiative in the coordination and management of projects
Researching information as required
Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling and setting up meetings, taking and distributing meeting notes, and following up on project plan deliverables
Supporting flawless project execution by monitoring timeline requirements and achievement of project milestones on behalf of project management leaders
Utilizing project management methodologies and tools
Supporting and driving a culture of urgency with timely, on-budget project delivery
Collaborating with team members on deliverables

Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience providing support to project managers or working in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Effectiveness under pressure in a time-sensitive environment, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and details
Assertive, self-driven team player, demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills with experience in providing client care
Impeccable attention to detail with strong organizational skills and problem-solving capability
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
