Our client an established commercial real estate development firm with a proven growth track-record and a stable background. They are seeking a Project Accountant to join their team!

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$77,000 – $90,000 plus bonus, dependent on experience

Position Overview:

As a Project Accountant, you’d oversee and handle all accounting-related activities with new construction projects being developed.

Responsibilities of the Project Accountant:

  • Analyze all AP invoices
  • Has vast knowledge in and reviews all accounting related to new construction projects
  • Job costing
  • Legal documents review
  • Journal entries, preparing financial statements

Qualifications for the Project Accountant:

  • SAGE Software experience a plus
  • 4+ Years of Project Accounting

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
