Our client an established commercial real estate development firm with a proven growth track-record and a stable background. They are seeking a Project Accountant to join their team!
$77,000 – $90,000 plus bonus, dependent on experience
As a Project Accountant, you’d oversee and handle all accounting-related activities with new construction projects being developed.
- Analyze all AP invoices
- Has vast knowledge in and reviews all accounting related to new construction projects
- Job costing
- Legal documents review
- Journal entries, preparing financial statements
- SAGE Software experience a plus
- 4+ Years of Project Accounting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required
- 401(k) match
