The Campaign & ABM Program Specialist will focus on managing and orchestrating the day-to-day activities of our ABM campaigns, helping to achieve pipeline and revenue goals for our US sales teams. You will work with the Global Manager of Campaigns & ABM Programs to develop campaigns in alignment with DDI’s ideal client profile and US sales goals and objectives. You will be the resident expert for ABM programs and will be responsible to keep up to date with new and emerging strategies, tactics, and tools.

You will be part of one of the best B2B marketing teams around and will collaborate with the team (e.g. digital demand, content, creative, marketing operations, portfolio marketing, website) to own day-to-day operations of ABM programs that help our sales teams deliver maximum impact.

While this role is primarily focused on the US, it is expected that this role will collaborate with international partners to share best practices and success strategies.

It's also important to note, that DDI is a distributed workplace. Our team is primarily based in Pittsburgh currently, but you can work from anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, supporting, orchestrating, and improving ABM campaigns that align directly to growth potential and sales coverage for different types and tiers of existing customers and prospects.
  • Partnering with sales teams on achieving enablement, alignment, and campaign collaboration.
  • Showing marketing impact in the accounts that matter to sales by providing actionable insights on where to dial up marketing investment.
  • Helping to write marketing copy for campaign deliverables.
  • Owning and optimizing campaign performance strategy and impact, constantly looking for areas to improve, testing out new opportunities and ideas.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners (e.g., content team, digital demand, creative team, portfolio marketing) to develop reputation, demand, and ABM program plans.
  • Use buyer insights to segment and optimize target audiences to optimize results.
  • Staying up to date on the latest trends in B2B campaigns and ABM programs and educating others.
Requirements:

First and foremost, you are a talented B2B marketer, an excellent communicator and you can bring passion and experience to our ABM campaigns. You collaborate and work well with others towards strategic goals and KPIs.

  • You’ll have three or more years of related B2B marketing experience measuring and optimizing programs or campaigns (e.g. strategy, ABM, digital marketing, demand gen, lead gen)
  • Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Enthusiastic and excited to be a part of a growing team.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to intelligently push beyond “the ask.”
  • Exceptional writer and communicator in B2B environment.
  • Familiar or willing to learn leading ABM technology (ABM platforms, data providers, etc.)
  • Experience in most of these key areas: executing campaign messaging and content, web analytics tools and basic data analysis, digital marketing execution and optimization
  • Familiarity with variety of inbound/outbound digital marketing, as well as paid, earned, and owned channels.
