Local Non-Profit Healthcare organization looking for a Program Director!

Job duties including the following:

• Managing the content and operations of healthcare program
• Schedule, coordinate, and facilitate functions and special events
• Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed
• Manage staff schedules and timesheets
• Working with other departments to maintain facility
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance Performance Improvement Program
• Ensuring that facility follows state and federal safety guidelines

Qualifications include the following:

• Must have an Bachelor's degree or equivalent from college or technical school
• Must have 3 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to oversee staff

Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 - depending on experience
