Broad Ripple Canine Design is Indy’s largest pet grooming salon, in business for 31 years. We are looking to add another professional pet stylist to our team. Minimum of two years experience required. Candidate must be able to work independently, take pride in your work and be responsible, reliable and on time, must be a team player and someone that can easily communicate with clients discussing their needs. This employee position pays 50% commission, and our clientele are known to be very good tippers. We have very flexible scheduling, if you want Saturdays off that is not an issue, we do not mandate the number of dogs that you do per day/week, you set your pace with the amount that you are comfortable with, We operated with contract groomers for the first 30 years in business giving everyone freedom to custom fit the salon to the individual groomers needs, as groomers ourselves we wanted that freedom! We supply everything that is used on the dog you only have to maintain and own your own equipment . My highest paid Groomer earned $68,000. And that was done with hard work and dedication.
