The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are happy to announce a full-time Product Owner position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact FrankCrum business everyday by promoting sales and client retention by providing ownership for FrankCrum’s PayCentral payroll and PEO back-office application.

• 1. Explores current and potential uses for PayCentral.

  2. Navigates across the internal stakeholder landscape to understand business needs and workflows, recommends viable solutions (people and technology), and facilitates the solution design and development cycle (including overseeing user experience design, release planning, overseeing development and Q/A and executing design reviews with business stakeholders).

  3. Maintains the product backlog and creates actionable epics, features and user stories for the business and development teams.

  4. Analyzes completed user stories to ensure the work fulfills the criteria and then coordinates with the end user to ensure success.

  5. Serves as a project leader across the business, design, and technology teams.

  6. Provides an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of releases.

  7. Follows competitors and the industry.

  8. Tracks and evaluates competitive technology platforms.

  9. Provides input regarding product documentation, product instructions and user guides, and product metrics.

  10. Provides input for sales and marketing content.

  11. Acts as subject matter expert to provide support to internal and external customers, including Client Experience.

  12. Provides support for key initiatives across company brands including project management, initiative methodology, analytics, data integrity, meeting organization/facilitation, and implementation support.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include a minimum of one (1) year of related product ownership experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. PEO/Payroll experience. Experience with technology platforms providing guidance for user interface and user experience development.
