You have previously operated in a product owner role. You have experience in strategy execution, user experience, product road mapping, solutioning and working with cross-functional partners to deliver the vision and objectives of the program. You have found the right team.

As a Product Owner/Analyst - Polaris Pricing Analyst for a strategic transformation program within the JPMorgan Chase Payments function, you will focus on Product Pricing. You will spur the delivery of program roadmaps working with stakeholders and technology teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Program Leads and Technology teams to execute a multi-generational delivery plan based on client journeys and use cases maximizing return on investment
  • Create status reports and contribute to senior management reporting
  • Project analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and risks, and drafting business processes and data flows
  • Facilitate relationships with stakeholders and leadership across functional organizations, and develop partnerships with business stakeholders, product teams, operations, and technology teams to deliver on Wholesale Payments pricing and billing transformation initiatives
  • Own the management of product releases in an agile environment, including crafting epics / user stories / test cases and driving solutions & prioritization based on business case assumptions
  • Ensure comprehensive testing and successful delivery, including minimal defects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5-8 years in product management at a large financial institution
  • Proficiency with Agile frameworks and demonstrated experience leading product teams using the Agile methodology
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to present complex issues with simplicity to internal and external business partners
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal skills, with an ability to communicate business and technical concepts to both expert and novice audiences.
  • Command of the product management lifecycle with demonstrated experience in product execution roles (e.g., strategy development, current state analysis, solution design, business and data architectures, business requirements documentation, technical requirements, product testing, rollout, project management)
  • Previous cross-functional experience across JPMorgan Chase, or similarly sized financial institution, including day-to-day interactions with stakeholders in Product, IT, Operations, Finance, Transformation and Commercialization / Go-to-Market across lines of business
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence priority and importance of initiatives from fact-based business case rationale
  • Experience managing and delivering complex projects in large organizations with dedicated project management experience a plus

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience with Payment Applications and with working knowledge of Treasury Services business preferred
  • Experience in business-to-business payments and domain specific experience in Pricing and Billing preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills needed for working in a team environment and with cross-functional teams in multiple global locations
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over all resources
