Description

The role of the Associate Product Consultant is to actively participate in software development and implementation projects through initiation, analysis, execution and implementation phases. This role will engage with cross-functional business and technology team members through the project life-cycle, developing and documenting business requirements to be used by the software development and delivery teams as well as the basis for test cases utilized by the QA team to ensure that solutions meet the original business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Solution Lead/ Manager in driving the implementation
• Guide and mentor Jr. BA in the team and drive their deliverables
• Understand and analyze client requirement, and translate the requirements into a functional solution and configure the solution in the product
• Work closely with SME/Product Owner and Client to establish exact requirements and manage expectations
• Participate in full life cycle of design, development and testing phases
• Identify issues, structure and conduct necessary analysis and draw conclusions and finding with limited guidance.
• Work with technical team on user stories as needed.
• Answer business questions and concerns raised by client, as needed.
• Maintain requirements traceability and conduct unit testing against requirements

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years’ Relevant Experience
• University degree (technical is a plus) or equivalent
• Healthcare knowledge
• Excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking, creative in problem solving.
• Superior personal and interpersonal attributes (e.g. communication and soft skills, ability to work in a team, results-oriented and a performance-oriented work style, creativity, entrepreneurial qualities, personal maturity).
• Ambitious, motivated, high energy personality, with leadership skills but collaborative personality.
• High level of integrity and reliability.
