McKesson Brands Owned Brand business is seeking a Product Management Analyst Manager to join our team in Richmond, VA.

Our McKesson Brands business consists of 57 categories and over 5,000 skus, which are sold across multiple markets including physician offices, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, extended care facilities, home health agencies, government, and a range of retail and direct to consumer settings.

Position Description

The McKesson Brands Product Management Analyst is responsible for the development and implementation of insights focused on revenue growth, improving market share, and delivering margin dollars for McKesson Brands. This individual will have a curiosity for leveraging category data, market insights and trends for finding solutions to complex problems and help bringing those solutions to fruition.

Key Responsibilities

• Works with product development team members and assists in the development and execution of category strategies and management of on-going performance of specific category spend areas, driving procurement savings, compliance, and risk management improvement.
• Collates data from multiple sources including organizational, vendor and supplier, and market to validate and execute the category strategy
• Collects and analyzes business requirements from product, category and organizational leaders to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Executes and deploys projects in compliance with relevant policies, standards, guidelines, and operating procedures
• Recommends solutions with input, endorsement, or validation of key stakeholders
• Works with the sourcing and product development teams to ensure development and maintenance of supplier value-add KPIs
• Works with external vendors and suppliers to formulate creative solutions to complex problems
• Collaborates with internal customers to understand needs / strategies, formulates and executes plans to support key customer initiatives (customer relationship management)

Minimum Requirements:

4-year degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business or related field or equivalent experience

Critical Skills:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience (healthcare experience preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a team setting requiring cross-functional communication, partnerships and problem solving.
• Ability to collect and analyze data
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Private label experience a plus

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$55,500 - $92,500
