We are looking for a Process Server to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering legal documents to parties involved in court proceedings. This includes serving subpoenas, summonses, complaints and other legal documents as required by law. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. A successful candidate must also be able to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Willing to train the right motivated individual.

Must be able to pass background check, need smart phone, drivers license and current insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Serve legal documents to individuals or businesses in a timely manner.
• Be familiar with the laws and regulations governing service of process.
• Be able to locate individuals or businesses to serve documents.
• Be able to communicate effectively with individuals or businesses being served.
• Be able to handle difficult situations and remain professional.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
