As a Medical Assistant at Harmony Health MD, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. You will interview patients for case histories, update and maintain patients' health records, and assist patients with their inquiries. You will also schedule and coordinate appointments, and use medical software to support all transactions.

But this job is about more than just administrative tasks. It's about supporting our patients and creating an authentic relationship that is at the core of our practice. You will collaborate with doctors to help with medical examinations, tests, treatments. You will answer patients' queries and ensure quality customer service. And you will keep up-to-date with the latest in functional and traditional medical practice.

To be successful in this role, you will need proven work experience as a Medical Assistant, hands-on experience with medical software, and knowledge of healthcare operations. You should also have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, customer-oriented communication skills, and heightened anticipation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
