Job Description

Looking for a 1099 independent contractor or mobile phlebotomy company to fill a mobile phlebotomy position:

• Resident within the Ft Myers, Naples and surrounding areas
• Possess or ability to obtain basic phlebotomy supplies: needles, holders, gauze, cotton balls, bandages, tourniquets and alcohol pads
• Possess or obtain a centrifuge machine for serum or plasma sample requirements
• Possess or obtain phlebotomy liability insurance
• Possess a smartphone to work on a mobile app
• Have flexible hours between 8am-5pm during the week
• Great attention to detail to maintain integrity of specimens

Pay: $40.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• On call

Travel requirement:

• On the road
• Travel

Experience:

• ongoing phlebotomy: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• phlebotomy liability insurance (Preferred)
• centrifuge machine (Preferred)
• smartphone (Required)
• blood collection supplies to collect blood samples (Preferred)

• Day Shift (Required)
