Job Description

We are a Window Covering/ Interior Design Business looking for an experienced Personal Assistant/Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be highly detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain contact lists and update records.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Manage daily calendar of activities.
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Assist with research projects.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
  • Work with Owner/Designer to coordinate vendors and contractors
  • Keep track of task lists for multiple projects

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Long Beach, CA 90814: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
