Job Description

Coordinates bi-weekly and year-end payroll processes in an accurate and timely manner for multi-state, 1,000+ employees, non-union, garnishments, shift-work time keeping, FMLA, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Responds to payroll and benefit inquiries of employees and supervisors.
Researches and resolves problem situations.
Prepares audit work papers and State and Federal payroll reports.
Kronos, ADP and CPP preferred.
Detail-oriented, problem-solver, multi-tasker and analytical.

ADP (required), Kronos (preferred)
HS Diploma or GED required, Assoc Deg in Business or Accounting (preferred)
Heathcare industry experience a plus
M-F 7a-3:30p (must be able to flex on pay weeks to work later on Mon and/or Tues) - ONSITE ONLY, no remote option
