DirectViz Solutions (DVS), is a high-level strategic consulting services firm that meets mission IT requirements for government clients. We are hiring for a full-time Operations Manager/Supervisor. This position is located in New Mexico at the White Sand Missile Range and requires a Secret clearance.

Position Title: Section Supervisor / Operations Manager

Location: White Sands Missile Range, NM

Job Description:
Serves as the Project Manager who organizes and manages resources to deliver all the work required to complete an IT project within defined scope, time, and cost constraints. Manages activities of the program, meeting with appropriate stakeholders, taking a lead role, and working with stakeholders to develop viable WBS and Schedule, Project Standards, Change Control Plan, Resource and Staffing Plan, Budget Plan, Risk Management Plan, and Communication Plan. Develops and maintains relationships with program managers and the teams of WSMR funded initiatives. Creates, maintains, updates, and reconciles tracking and analysis documentation, spreadsheets, and information on program status and schedules; identifies program risks and develops mitigation plans; and assists in identifying and prioritizing requirements.

Educational Requirements:
BS, preferably in Computer Science, Information System, Engineering or a related discipline.

Required Experience:
BS + at least 7 years of direct, work related experience

AS degree + at least 10 years of direct, work related experience

Certifications:
MCSE, CCNA/CCNP Preferred

ITIL Foundations, ITIL Intermediate preferred

Security+ CE

Security Clearance: Minimum SECRET Clearance required
