Job Description

Our organization is in need of an Operations Supervisor to join our team and lead our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for managing staff, developing processes and procedures, and monitoring performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Train, motivate, and develop staff to maximize their potential.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Thousand Oaks, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (Preferred)
