Position Title: Operations Manager
Position Summary:
Serves as the direct link between the Executive Management Team and the Cleaning Supervisors and is responsible for training, managing, evaluating, inspecting, recruiting, and developing results driven work teams that embrace the company’s philosophy of production and accountability.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Represents the company in a professional manner at all times to maintain an enhanced image of CU ServiceMaster at all times,· Oversees at least ten (10) cleaning sites to ensure that all tasks are completed, staff is properly dressed and ready to work and assigns employees to new sites as they are generated by the company Business Development Manager,· Monitors supervisor payroll hours and individual account hours with each supervisor at the end of each pay period and signs off on all accounts before submission to payroll,· Develops an employee replacement system to be implemented when staff calls off or in case of an emergency to maintain appropriate coverage of each cleaning site,· Maintains consistent communication with the President/CEO by reporting outcomes generated from working with the Cleaning Supervisors to resolve employee issues, address administrative tasks, review policies and procedures and receive feedback on work management systems.· Monitors and coordinates keys and building codes for all accounts, including the dissemination and retrieval process for employees assigned to specific locations,· Conducts bi-weekly meetings with the Cleaning Supervisors to review accomplishments and discuss problems and issues,· Ensures that each supervisor has all equipment and supplies needed in order to adequately complete work assignments,· Works with the Customer Service Manager to report and resolve all customer service issues and account changes,· Represents CU ServiceMaster when customer service issues require immediate attention and a presence to make sure that the clients understand the company’s commitment to resolve any problems.· This position will also be expected to constantly monitor our Swept time keeping, communication and scheduling system.· Operations Manager will be expected to work on weekends from time to time as needed and in rotation with other Supervisors for on-call duties. Must be willing to cover accounts as needed. · Other duties as assigned.
