ROLE OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager serves as a key role in LifeStance’s operational team and is accountable for the successful operation of existing locations, newly acquired platforms, tuck-in facilities, as well as analyzing and reporting local financial performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties, ensure the region operates efficiently and smoothly
- Assist patients with online scheduling questions; provide general support to patients
- Analyze and monitor internal processes
- Work with centralized corporate departments to onboard new clinician hires
- Assist with gathering key clinician information for various departments
- Assist with clinician scheduling for systems integrations
- Prepare operational reports and schedules including review of accounts receivable reports on a monthly basis and manage daily staffing to ensure optimal operation
- As we develop the region, the candidate will have the ability to supervise, mentor, train, and additional staff and delegate assignments as necessary
- Interview and hire new staff
- Training new staff members
- Monitor and approve timecards
- Evaluate and manage staff performance
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of healthcare operations experience
- Microsoft Office experience; Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, lookups)
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

The annual salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
