SUMMARY
To p erform standardized direct-to-consumer sales support functions that increase productivity and efficiency and that comply with all regulatory and internal policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for sales support processes, including but not limited to event tracking, application incomplete resolution , Scope of Appointment compliance, adhoc r eporting & analytics, CRM database administration and/or general sales support • Responsible for entering and scanning Business Reply Cards (BRC) and Do Not Contact (DNC) request • Scope of Appointment (SOA) Indexing, matching to applications and quarterly compliance monitoring • Assist sales market s (administratively and functionally) by ensuring timeliness of applications (TOA) and deadlines are met through diligent tracking, communications, and follow-up • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report on market activity and sales performance in order to gain business insights • Responsible for Incompletes and Denials Research, Resolution and Agent Communications • Assist in researching and resolving enrollment issues • Produce ad-hoc, professional-grade reporting as requested by sales management • Utilize CRM system ( Sales Force) to track, manage, analyze and evaluate data for the markets • Maintain knowledge of compliance and regulatory procedures, including TCPA and Medicare Marketing Guidelines to utilize in all functions, processes, and communication • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and functions to enhance sales performance • Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with CMS and Cigna Medicare policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma Required, Associate or Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Proficiency with the information systems required to acquire information
Health care or Medicare experience preferred
- Organized and detail focused
- Strong coordination and organization skills
- Experience with systems and technology (Sales Force experience preferred)
- Knowledge of lead business policies
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities
- Strong communication skills-written and oral; ability to communicate effectively and follow-up where needed
- Knowledge of compliance procedures and regulatory requirements, i.e. MMGs, TCPA, Sales Integrity
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change TOOLS Familiarity and expertise in Cigna's systems including but not limited to Microsoft Office; FileBound; QNXT, SharePoint ; CRM (Sales Force) and Eligibility and Enrollment Tools; Analytics and Reporting Tools, preferred
