In an administrative position, you are a key team member supporting the work of management and other staff. You are responsible for office management, clerical, receptionist, bookkeeping, and project-based work to contribute to the day-to-day operations of Rainbow Restoration. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and fellow team members. If you are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. Specific Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Assist with the scheduling of services
- Clerical duty as required including mail processing, customer and job data entry
- Notify customers of service call status and follow up with customers after the work is completed
- Call potential customers to explain the company services and solicit business
- Bill customers for work performed
- Collect all monies from all sources (accounts receivables)
- Pay vendors for services used (accounts payable)
- Perform other duties as required. These duties may include job functions that are outside the scope of normal job duties
Job Requirements:
- Computer literate with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Experience in Xactware software would be helpful, but not mandatory
- Ability to learn new computer software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Professional appearance and personality
- Team player who can work independently
- Willing to train supporting team members (stewardship)
- Career minded mentality planning for future positions/ownership, not just looking for a job for today
Starting Compensation:
- Administrative Assistant: Competitive based on experience
- Office Manager: Competitive based on experience
- Estimator: Competitive based on experience
- Project Manager: Competitive based on experience
