Aston Carter is hiring a Medical Biller for an entry level opening on the NW side of Indianapolis!

This is a great opportunity to start/continue career in Medical Billing with the largest Podiatry network in Indiana. Management strongly believes in developing their billers through continued education on the job.

Shift: M-F 8am-4:30pm FULLY ONSITE

Pay -$17-18/hr depending on experience

Description:

• Handling charges
• Calling patients to go over their bill and work on a plan to get it paid
• Creating statements to send to patients
• Returning voicemails from patients with questions/concerns
• Submit billing data to the appropriate insurance providers
• Perform completion of claims to payers
• Resolve denial instances

Requirements:

• Some sort of healthcare experience (NOT CNA/HHA) OR recent Medical Billing & Coding Degree/Certificate
• Team Player
• Excellent computer and communication experience
