Job Description

To ensure that all equipment is functioning at peak performance and preventive maintenance measures are enforced.

Responsible for:

• Forklift and conveyor equipment repairs
• Routine maintenance on all Equipment (Savoye, Crown, Raymond, Sealed Air and 3M Tape machines)
• Routine office and warehouse repairs (to include carpentry, painting, and plumbing)
• Maintaining spare parts for Material Handling Equipment (Savoye)(Crown)
• Ensuring that all company tools are in working order and secured at all times
• Adhering to OSHA requirements including “Lock out, Tag out” procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, secure, and orderly facility (Maint. shop)
• Log and keep records of downtime, facility temperature, and equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Work with outside contractors to ensure security procedures and safe work practices are followed.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Carrying out additional projects/tasks as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Technical school diploma
• 5 years experience in a highly mechanized Distribution Center
• 5 years experience repairing Crown forklifts and conveyor equipment
• 5 years experience as a general maintenance mechanic

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.

The position rate is between $35.00/hour to $38.00/hour.

The shift schedule will be from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
