Location: RemoteJob Type: Temp to PermCompensation Range: $30.00 - 36.96 per hourWe are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our client's team.
In this role you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and be responsible for design, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance, and reporting for automated marketing programs and email distribution within their marketing automation platform (MAP).
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with a proven ability to turn data into insightful reporting and actions. Responsibilities: Collaborate with Sales to develop weekly email campaigns for specific inside and outside sales reps and review email performance.Manage monthly supply chain newsletter, monthly newsletter, and mass customer communications.Program, execute and maintain marketing automated campaigns, including auto-response, marketing nurture sequences, and post campaign reporting.Perform email A/B testing and make recommendations based on performance.Analyze and report on campaign performance data to improve future campaigns.Build marketing KPI dashboards and funnel reports.Act as the subject matter expert regarding automation workflows, planning, processes, production, timelines, and analysis.Create, launch, analyze, and report on internal and external customer surveys.Build emails, landing pages, forms and reports.Create nurturing and lead scoring programs to support Marketing and Sales Team initiatives.Maintain best practices with list growth, short-term and long-term marketing testing, deliverability issues, analytics, segmentation, and more.Identify areas of opportunity, remove obstacles, and improve marketing processes.Manage data hygiene and data enrichment.Analyze marketing and sales data and provide reports to leadership, including information about the effectiveness and business impact of sales and marketing efforts.Maintain data quality within marketing database and assist with audience segmentation and list creation.Oversee CRM maintenance of prospects, opportunities, and closed leads from digital website and email initiatives.Present and discuss new MAP capabilities with Sales team.Collaborate with content marketing manager, Sales, and supply chain management on content to include in monthly newsletter and supply chain newsletter.Enhance MAP functionality.
Qualifications:
