What You Will Do:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist With building B2C CRM campaigns within our CDP, including list building, audience targeting, deployment and monitoring
• Ensure campaigns deploy accurately and on time and communicate and troubleshoot with urgency when campaigns go down and assist in root cause analysis
• Assist legal and compliance teams with audits and making sure content and processes are compliant
• Learn and grow knowledge of marketing and transactional data objects to assist with campaign changes and optimization
• Adhere to project tasks and timelines while maintaining high department standards
• Work collaboratively to execute programs and initiatives an communicate project status and help coordinate competing timelines

You will also learn and grow in our one-to one marketing expertise and become a leader in your area and beyond. This will be a great opportunity to gain technical and strategic knowledge from multiple experts and to collaborate with several teams across the organization.

What We Are Looking For:

• Must be a rising Senior or recent graduate of an accredited four-year college or university.
• Cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher

• Previous work or classroom experience in one of the following is preferred: Marketing
• Employer immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Must be able to work M-F; 8 am – 5 pm onsite at Upbound's Corporate office in Plano.

Summer 2023 Internship candidates will take part in a ten week program onsite at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas, running from June 5 to August 11, 2023. After your application and initial screening discussion, candidates will be aligned to interview and receive offers to the specific areas that suit their skillset and interests. In addition to your day-to-day tasks, RAC interns will participate in volunteer initiatives, C-Suite Roundtable Q&A, Coworker Resource Group networking events & more!
