Marketing Co-Op

Aitia is the leader in the application of Causal AI and Digital Twins to discover the next generation of breakthrough drugs. By leveraging the convergence of multi-omic patient data, high-performance computing, and causal learning and AI, Aitia is revealing the hidden biological mechanisms of disease to create Digital Twins of disease in oncology, neurodegenerative disorders, and immunology. Gemini Digital Twins are being used today to discover novel therapies and accelerate R&D in multiple myeloma, prostate cancer, Alzheimer’s Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, and Huntington’s Disease, with several more in development. Aitia’s partners include six of the top ten pharmaceutical companies, leading academic research and medical centers, medical societies, leading multi-omic data companies, and patient advocacy groups globally.

Position Summary:

Aitia is seeking a talented and highly motivated intern to support the marketing team. The role will be responsible for projects to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase revenue. This is a temporary full-time position, though hours can be flexible. This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for our B2B AI products and services
  • Assist in developing and updating marketing materials such as sales presentations, brochures, website content, speaking engagements, networking events, and inbound marketing efforts
  • Create and manage social media content for various platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign results to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree program in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, biology, pharmaceutical, or biotech is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Adobe Suite, Salesforce, and HubSpot experience. Word Press is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfort with ambiguity; ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
