Job Description
The minimum starting wage for this opportunity is $22.15 per hour.

- Manages an active pipeline of 30-40 loans of both purchase and refinances with both Conventional and Government loans (FHA, USDA, VA)
- Provides support to the Mortgage Loan Consultants and other Team Members concerning any questions, outstanding loan conditions, file status, and moving the file through the process.
- Prepares an initial credit review and sets conditions according to Investor and Centra
- Reviews all income and asset documentation. Calculates income from paystubs and W-2s and orders/reviews any employment verifications needed and validates sufficient funds needed to close.
- Orders all 3rd party services including appraisals, title work, flood certificates, verifications of employment.
- Prepares and submits file for initial underwriting if needed, follows up on any missing conditions and submits the file for final review once file is ready to close.
- Maintains an observable sense of urgency in the execution of all job functions and duties, ensuring that turn times are met or exceeded.
- Processes denied and withdrawn files, updates Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) information.
- Maintains compliance with all TILA RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) defined change of circumstances and rate locks.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – (Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2 years related experience and/or training
