Litigation Attorney Needed for Modern Real Estate Litigation Law Firm.
Our fast-growing Real Estate Law Firm is seeking either a seasoned Senior Litigation Managing Attorney OR a Litigation Attorney interested in growing into a Managing Attorney role to join our dynamic team of legal professionals. We are focused on providing quality legal services to our clients to whom we are dedicated.
As a Senior Managing Attorney, you will:

We are only looking for “A” level players who can win cases at trial and maximize settlements all while managing their team and a full caseload.

Gomez Law focuses primarily on Residential Real Estate clients with the aim of protecting our client’s most valuable asset, their Real Estate! We currently have seven attorneys and growing. Our goal is to double in revenue within three years, we have the cases and intake team set up to do this and now need the legal talent to meet our goals.
CORE Case Types Include:
Partitions, Quiet Title, Breach of Contract, Non-Disclosure, Fraud, Estate Plans, Probate, Trust Disputes, Trust Administration, Property Distribution Due to Divorce.
Real Estate Transaction Experience is a PLUS!

Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of civil litigation experience.
- A self-motivated, highly determined individual with outstanding attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- Able to work independently and within a team to strive to complete tasks from start to finish.
- Experience with online case management software such as CLIO.
- Member of the California Bar in good standing.
- Strong ethics, professionalism, and communication skills.
PAY: $120,000 TO $160,000 based on experience. Bonuses and salary increases based on performance including bonuses tied to individual contingency case results.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and motivating a team of legal professionals to meet billing hour requirements and provide an unparalleled client experience.
- Developing case strategy and tactics to effectively represent clients in litigation.
- Communicating consistently with clients,
- Managing all aspects of a client's file.
Education and Experience:
- Member of California Bar in good standing with no substantiated complaints.
- Possess a JD from an accredited law school
- Proven ability to hit or exceed target billable hours on a consistent basis.

We are a firm that pays a highly competitive wage for our market. For this position, we are open to negotiation of salary based on experience and value brought to the firm. We expect our senior attorneys to bill approximately 130 hours per month to client cases. A base salary with a bonus structure is standard for all lawyers with Gomez Law, APC.
