  • Strives to improve performance and productivity of the entire process.
  • Troubleshoots equipment failures and problems, maintains production flow.
  • Performs adjustments to processes and equipment to produce a product that meets company standards and customer requirements.
  • Performs all duties and operates machinery & equipment according to MIOSHA standards and company procedures using required safety equipment (gloves, sleeves, ear plugs, etc).
  • Reports equipment failures.
  • Assists and instructs operators or other workers in machine setup and operation.
  • Coordinate and pre-stage all necessary items for tooling and die change.
  • Actively participates in tooling and die changeovers on hot stamp cells.
  • Performs routine and preventative maintenance throughput on the automated cell utilizing a variety of hand tools
  • Responsible for throughput, quality, and raw materials consumed at the hot stamping cell, strives to improve performance and productivity of the entire process.

This a full-time hourly role in the Operations Department team and reports to the Production Supervisor.


Required experience:


  • High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
