JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Communicate professionally with all customers, staff, and supervisors
• Demonstrate hospitality and exhibit knowledge of food service industry
• Must be able to follow proper food handling and preparation guidelines
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods of up to four (4) hours in length
• Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff
• Possession of finger and hand dexterity for using small tools and equipment
• Must be 18 years old
