Job Description
Complies with all specs, quality standards, safety requirements and department
rules and procedures
- Diligently follows safety requirements and models behavior that protects them and
others
- Maintains high standards of cleanliness and keeps a sanitized and orderly
environment in the HOH
o As needed: empties trash, cleans and sanitizes food contact surfaces and
temperature-controlled equipment (refrigerators, freezers, steam tables),
washes dishware and kitchen equipment, sweeps line, deep cleans as assigned,
etc.
- Organizes and stocks each station following FIFO guidelines. Label with use-by
dates
- Assist other stations as needed
- Stays current on all federal, state, local and company required training and
certifications
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
