KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate as team member in the development of a consumer's Individual Recovery Plan (IRP) under the direction of the clinical supervisor
• Assume responsibility for the implementation of the IRP in coordination with the team and under the supervision of the team supervisor
• Develop therapeutic relationship with assigned clients to enhance functioning
• Intervene to assist consumers in acquiring skills and resources necessary for successful community living. In so doing, the RS should spend at least 65% of their time in direct contact with consumers and network members either face-to-face or via telephone
• Provide support and consultation to members of the consumers' network. In so doing, the RS should spend at least 75% of his/her time in the field including home visits
• Assist the consumer in symptom management, problem solving, and resource development
• Participate in crisis prevention and intervention on behalf of the team’s clients as needed
• Ensure that each consumer has an individualized relapse prevention plan that is shared with all appropriate providers and network members
• Participate in leadership of psycho-educational and skill development groups as appropriate
• Develop strategies with the consumer so that he or she can maintain living outside of institutional settings.
• Complete all required paperwork as required by MHRS guideline on time
