As a Junior Marketing Manager you will collaborate with the marketing team, onsite teams, and regional leadership to create customized targeted marketing strategies and brand development across digital, print, and local channels for properties within your assigned portfolio. You will partner with internal and external groups to implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with community and portfolio goals.

What you'll do:

  • Provide centralized coordination of marketing and brand development across all properties
  • Leverage internal resources and outside consultants / vendors to expand the marketing capabilities as required
  • Project manage the development and updating of websites, marketing collateral, digital marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth acquisition and distribution of content across multiple channels, including paid search / social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.), display, mobile, email marketing, and SEO in pursuit of overall audience growth.

What you bring:

  • 2-4 years experience in marketing and brand development
  • Strong preference for marketing experience in the multifamily property management industry
  • Demonstrated methods to self-develop capabilities using industry trends and tools
  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year accredited university required.
  • Experience with Adobe Suite (photoshop + indesign), Canva, Social Media, SEMRush and Looker
