As the USCAN MR IB Fleet Strategist, you will be responsible for the analysis and strategy development of identified USCAN MR Fleets. Strategy to include customer’s fleet management by asset life-extending upgrades and adoption of new technology to protect our Installed Base, grow revenue, and maximize margin. The ideal candidate will have robust data analytical and project management skills in addition to possessing a strong understanding of healthcare equipment purchasing and life cycle.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work very closely with regional and/or national sales teams to develop customer fleet/asset management strategies based upon fleet analysis, with emphasis on available MR Upgrade paths and new system technology.

  • Develop tools/programs that facilitate customer facing conversations regarding fleet management.

  • Support/champion development of digital sales tools such as upgrade ROI calculators and other supporting initiatives.

  • Manage and implement End Of Guaranteed Service, (EOGS), planning for identified assets and impact on fleet strategy for customer prioritization.

  • Transparently publish fleet strategies defined with customers in SFDC to better prioritize opportunities.

  • Work closely with Imaging IB Product Manager to identify TIBA associated with fleet activities.

  • Monitor and report fleet activity against developed strategies/targeted outcomes.

  • Provide monthly updates on key deliverables and results to be incorporated into various MORs.

  • Champion asset accuracy in various data bases.

  • Validate local MR fleet, (at customer’s request), and update Siebel (GEHC) or SFDC as appropriate

  • Offer insight to product leadership on existing campaigns and collaborate on IB initiatives.

  • Work with Service and HEF to build franchise approach with goal of increased adoption of service and/or innovative financing solutions.

  • Contribute to the Why Stay story/tools to support retention.

  • Gather and disseminate key customer feedback regarding fleet management process

  • Drive the execution of key deliverables to educate sales team regarding fleet strategies and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or 5+ years’ experience in product management, marketing, or commercial role.

  • Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision, marketing, and sales strategy.

  • Proficient in Excel and experience using reporting tools & commercial platforms (Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau)

  • Healthcare product/industry acumen

  • Self-starter with ability to take leadership in an unstructured environment.

  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Able to travel 25% within territory

Desired Characteristics

  • Demonstrated success in data analytics and/or comprehensive sales strategy MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience leading and developing teams

The salary range for this position is 136,000.00 - 170,000.00 - 204,000.00.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus. Available benefits include health, welfare, retirement and paid leave.
