Inventory/Administrative Clerk – Shawnee, KS

This is a full-time, non-exempt level position.

Position Summary:

ADM Animal Nutrition, a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company, is an industry leader in the manufacture of extruded treats and foods for the companion animal market. We are seeking an Inventory/Administrative Clerk for the Kansas City, KS warehouse and production facility.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data entry of multiple shifts and multiple production lines (which includes consumed ingredients and finished goods).
  • Print/sort order packets, distribute to operational leadership team, and scan/email order packets back to customers after shipment.
  • Data entry of physical inventory, shipping and receiving in Oracle.
  • Scan data into shared drive directories including inventory, shipping, receiving and production.
  • Coordinate and lead physical inventories and reconciliation.
  • Run weekly and monthly reports for upper management.
  • Create purchase requisitions for miscellaneous plant expenditures.
  • Manage and track record management program.
  • Answer incoming calls, monitor front door, sign in guests and check in drivers.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED with at least 2-3 years of prior relevant office experience
  • A strong understanding of a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency in addressing issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills!
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
