Job Description

Business Analyst - Involved in conducting process reviews, designing applications and performing vendor research to support the objectives of the bank’s business units. These efforts create value by improving internal processes or bringing new technology to bear in important business activities.

Database Developer – Database developers analyze, test, and implement physical database design supporting various business applications as well as ensuring data recovery, maintenance, data integrity, and space requirements. In addition, they provide formulations and monitoring of policies, procedures, and standards relating to database management.

Software Developer - Knowledge of procedural programming techniques as well as API-based data consumption methods with the ability to analyze user requirements and then encode, test, debug, and document programs on front-end development projects.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, MIS, Math, Computer Science, or technology related discipline
  • Knowledge of IT environment, systems, applications and/or infrastructure
  • Ability to think and work independently within a professional setting
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 in degree/major
  • Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree
