ROLE: This is a senior level position. Currently we are looking to hire highly experience finance professionals for interim / fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) roles with our Corporate Finance Strategy Consulting practice.

Also, you are supported by our internal partner network and solid support system that is led by our highly experienced sales & account relationship management team.

LOCATION: This is a hybrid remote consulting position that may require occasional visits to client's office. You could but preferred locations are: San Diego, Los Angeles, Bay Area, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, Schaumburg, Columbus, Cleveland, New York, Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, Dallas, Austin, Houston and Las Vegas.

TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 20+ years

RESPONSIBILITIES: An ideal candidate must have minimum 20 yeas of hands on experience in:

• Setting strategic direction
• Designing corporate finance strategy
• M&A and Transaction advisory
• Managing Budget, FP&A
• Cash-flow & liquidity management, forecasting & ROI
• Feasibility analysis & investment prioritization of Capex intensive projects
• Scenario & sensitivity analysis
• Capital restructuring, turnaround & transformation
• Capital structure optimization
• Capital raising process
• Developing and managing KPIs to ensure efficient operations, profit maximization and continuous performance improvement
• Activity based costing
• Product costing & profitability analysis
• Financial performance of inventory management
• Business applications such as Quickbooks, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle Apps and CPM/EPM tools
• Financial technology strategy planning
• Leading financial technology application implementations

QUALIFICATION: CFA OR CPA OR MBA-Finance OR BS+MS in Accounting & Financial Management, Managerial Finance

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
